How to create a case ?
How to view the status of your case ?
If you have any issues/queries regarding trading or demat, you can raise a ticket anytime.
Go to 'My Account'.
Find 'My Case' and click on it.
You will be provided with two options - Create a case, and My Case.
If you want to create a case, click on it.
Choose Product, Category, Type, and subtype.
Enter the subject and provide a description.
Click on Submit.
You will receive a reply to the mail ID registered with your account.
To view the tickets you have raised before and track the status of it,
Click on 'My Case'.
Here you will see two tabs- Open Cases and Closed Cases.
You will receive the reply to the email address registered with your account.
