How to create a case ?

If you have any issues/queries regarding trading or demat, you can raise a ticket anytime.

  • Go to 'My Account'.

  • Find 'My Case' and click on it.

  • You will be provided with two options - Create a case, and My Case.

  • If you want to create a case, click on it.

  • Choose Product, Category, Type, and subtype.

  • Enter the subject and provide a description.

  • Click on Submit.

  • You will receive a reply to the mail ID registered with your account.

How to view the status of your case ?

To view the tickets you have raised before and track the status of it,

  • Go to 'My Account'.

  • Find 'My Case' and click on it.

  • You will be provided with two options - Create a case, and My Case.

  • Click on 'My Case'.

  • Here you will see two tabs- Open Cases and Closed Cases.
