The **"Scanners"** tab provides the **Technical Indicator** based scanning. With an extensive selection of more than **"50 scanners"** within the Flip App, and you have the choice to customize your securities scans based on your specific requirements.

### 1. How to Open the Scanners <a href="#id-1.-how-to-open-the-scanners" id="id-1.-how-to-open-the-scanners"></a>

To *open* the **Scanners** page, follow these steps:

* Log in to **"Flip Mobile App".**
* Locate and navigate to the **"Ideas"** tab.
* Click on **"Scanners"** option towards the bottom of the page.
* You'll be redirected to the **"Scanners"** pag&#x65;**.**
* Click on the desired **Scan** to see the list of Securities under that particular Scan.
* You can see the **"Symbol", "Last Traded Price",** **"Change in Percentage" and "Triggered Date".**

### 2. How to Add Scans <a href="#id-2.-how-to-add-scans" id="id-2.-how-to-add-scans"></a>

To *add* **Scans**, follow these steps:

* Locate and navigate to the **"Ideas"** page.
* Click the **"Scanners"** and you will be redirected to the **"Scanners"** page.
* Locate the **"Add Scans" Button** towards the bottom of the page.
* Click the **"Add Scan" Button** and you will be directed to the **"Choose Scanners"** page.
* Here, you can see a list of **"Scans"** available in the **"Flip App".**
* Tap on the **"Add" Icon** on the right-hand side of the **"Scan"** to add it to the **"Scanners" page**.
* The **"Add" Icon** will change to a **"Tick Mark".**
* The **"Tick Mark"** indicates that the Scan has been added to the Scanners page.
* You can add scanners such as **"Top Gainers", "Top Losers" etc.**
* Now to open a particular scanner, click on the **"Arrow" Icon.** You can see all the securities under that particular scanner once you open it.
